Responsibilities: Develop and validate demand forecasts in RU/UZ countries for various time horizons. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to identify and anticipate future demand. Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify and communicate potential inventory risks and opportunities. Driving S&OP process in line with business strategy Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of demand planning initiatives. Conduct root cause analysis of forecast errors and identify areas for improvement in the demand planning process.
