Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to the immediate supervisor in the day-to-day activities: ensures business diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively and regularly follow-up; coordinate and manage calendar, meetings and appointments; handle telephone calls and track e-mails and correspondence; Provides support for in-house business meetings organization (including conferences, forums, workshops, etc.) coordinating related correspondence; participates in the preparation of presentations/handouts, other required administrative support in accordance with the agenda of the meeting; Provides support for filling and handing over the appropriate forms, reports and memos; Ensures that all requests have been properly recorded in ERP system; monitors and tracks the approval process and react in case of troubleshooting; Coordinates preparation of business trip expense reports: collecting invoices and receipts, if necessary, ensures that the report has been processed by the Finance Department. Requirements: Fluent English is a must; Higher education; Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an assistant. Previous experience in an international environment is a plus; Basics for planning and budgeting; Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
